What are the parts of the Smarter Balanced Assessment?
For each English Language Arts and Math, there are three parts to the Smarter Balanced assessment: a computer adaptive test, an unscored classroom activity, and a performance task. All parts of the test will be completed over a course of 5 days, therefore it is important your child is not absent on any of the testing days.
